I'm Ben Assunção, founder of BJR Marketing Consultancy. I built this business because I kept noticing the same thing walking round local high streets: genuinely good businesses quietly losing customers to worse competitors, purely because their online presence didn't match how good they actually were.

What I actually do

I build marketing audit reports for local, independent UK businesses — a free snapshot and a full £25 report, both built from real, verified data about your actual Google listing, reviews, website, and named local competitors. Not templated advice, not generic checklists sold to every business regardless of what's actually true about them.

Why verified data, specifically

The honest answer to "couldn't I just ask ChatGPT to do this" is that a generic AI prompt can't see your real Google listing, your real reviews, or your real local competitors — it can only guess plausibly. Every report I put together is built from genuinely gathered data about your specific business and the businesses actually near you. Where something can't be independently verified, I say so plainly in the report rather than presenting a guess as fact.
