Refunds

Your report is generated and sent within minutes of payment. By purchasing, you're agreeing to that immediate delivery, which means the standard 14-day cooling-off right doesn't apply once your report's been sent. That said, if something's genuinely gone wrong — the report is clearly inaccurate or doesn't reflect your real business — get in touch and we'll make it right.

Consultancy Booking Terms

Consultancy time is booked for a specific date and time. By booking, you're reserving that slot exclusively for you.

Cancelling or rescheduling: You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Cancelling or not attending with less than 24 hours' notice means the session is forfeited and isn't refunded, since that time couldn't reasonably be offered to someone else at short notice. If it's your first time needing to cancel late, or something genuinely unavoidable has come up, get in touch — I'll always consider it fairly rather than apply the policy rigidly.

If we need to reschedule: On the rare occasion I need to move or cancel a session, I'll get in touch as soon as possible to find a new time that works, or offer a full refund if you'd rather not rebook. I hold myself to the same 24-hour standard I ask of you.

Once a session has taken place: The consultation is delivered in full during the call itself. If you feel a session didn't deliver genuine value, get in touch and I'll take it seriously — but as the time and expertise have already been given, refunds after a completed session are considered on a case-by-case basis rather than guaranteed.
